  On October 8, Sichuan Province held a site promotion event for major projects in the fourth quarter of 2024, and construction of a new batch of 1,823 major projects with a total investment of 785.5 billion yuan started.

  Among them, 39 projects in Deyang City started construction with a total investment of 40.7 billion yuan, and an annual investment plan of 4.1 billion yuan. Bohai's 20GW high-efficiency solar cell production project is one of the 10 billion projects participating in this event. The project plans to build 16 production lines and is scheduled to be officially put into production in the first half of next year. It is understood that the project has a planned total investment of 11 billion yuan, and Bohai New Energy (Deyang) Co., Ltd. is responsible for investment and operation. According to information, Bohai New Energy (Deyang) Co., Ltd. was established in February 2024. The legal representative is Zheng Wei and the registered capital is 1.8 million yuan. Its controlling shareholder is Bohai New Energy (Hefei) Co., Ltd., a member of Hefei Bohai Zhiheng New Energy.
